We operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, meaning every item is custom-made specifically for you once an order is placed.
Policy Overview:
Final Sale: All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse," such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
No Exchanges: Because we do not hold inventory, we cannot swap items. Please consult our size charts carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items: We stand by our quality. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement.
Reporting Window: You must report any issues within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email us at with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
Address Errors: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for the cost of a replacement or reshipment. No refunds will be issued for lost packages due to address errors.
